Banana Bread Recipe
We’re celebrating #NationalBananaBreadDay with this delicious staple in our house!
Reach for those ripe bananas and follow along with this simple One Bowl Banana Bread recipe.
What You Need:
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
• 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
How To:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease or spray your loaf pans with cooking spray. I love Wilton Bake Easy spray.
In large bowl, mix sugar and butter. Add mashed bananas. Mix until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour and baking soda until just incorporated. Don’t over-mix!
Bake mini loafs for 30-33 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
Carefully loosen bread from pans, transfer to a cooling rack and let cool for one hour.
Cover and store banana bread in refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
Enjoy and let me know what you think!
