Fudge Recipe

Happy National Fudge Day! This is one of my favorite holiday treats, but who says fudge is just for the holidays?! I’m sharing my mom’s recipe for the yummiest fudge so you can add the ingredients to your list!

What You Need:

• 1 stick butter
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 5 cups sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 12oz chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet or peanut butter)
• 1 jar marshmallow fluff
• 1 tsp vanilla

How To:

Add these ingredients to a saucepan:

• 1 stick butter
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 5 cups sugar
• Pinch of salt

• Cook until it forms a soft ball in a cup of cold water or reaches 235 degrees. Roughly 5 minutes after the first sign of boiling.

• Then add:
• 12oz chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet or peanut butter for whatever flavor of fudge you like)
• 1 jar marshmallow fluff
• 1 tsp vanilla

• Pull from heat and mix together with a spatula until all chocolate chips are melted. Spread into a buttered jelly roll pan.
